analysis reports either for legal use (ownership titles), or for personal
use and knowledge (Inheritance conflicts - property
separation - sale).

consists of more than 11,000 properties all over Greece, something that results

What a Loizos Group Appraisal
contains...
Our
company's belief is that a Report Estate Evaluation without evidence,
is not
an evaluation at all. A few minutes' work and a brief
"expert's" opinion should not be trusted in any way when such
enormous sums are at stake.
When a customer assigns
us such a serious matter of business, we ought to respect his
property as if it was ours. Thus, when an Appraisal is delivered, our client
also receives strong and impeccable evidence of the
final
price of his or her property. It is the only way to
reassure our clients of the best possible financial management of their
property, without risking the possibility of making a mistake that could
cost a lifetime's hard work
